Lil' Rascals Refuge is a
foster based, 501(c)(3) non-profit, retired breeder dog rescue based in central Wisconsin. Since 2013, we have found homes for 300 dogs and counting. Our mission is to take in retired breeder dogs, 'Angels' regardless of age, breed or condition, place them in a foster home that fits their specific needs, provide them with the most exceptional care and find them the best forever homes! |
How our Organization works:
1. Lil' Rascals Refuge takes in retired breeder 'Angels'.

2. The 'Angels' we rescue stay in approved foster homes best suited for them while they wait for their forever homes. While in foster homes, our fosters work with the dogs, teaching them basic obedience, working on house training and getting to know more about them. Also while in foster care the dog will be provided with any medical care they may need.

3. Families and individuals looking to add a new companion into their lives choose from the dogs we have available for adoption.

August 9th, 2016- 68 Angels Freed!
Last Wednesday was an amazing day for us! One of our adopters (and an Angel) Melinda had nominated Lil' Rascals Refuge for the 60 Days of Giving sponsored by Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda and they selected us to receive their second giveaway, a mini van! HUGE thank you to Melinda and Morrie's! Here is how it all went down...
